Just a diary (Ⅳ)

Sometimes I can't understand why those customer keep asking for new shoes, while those shoes had been wear by past customers, and refused to buy it due to various reason. They just ask for size, wear it up and then walk around. After that, the bottom got dirty, as everybody is walking here and there with their dear dear shoes, maybe been toilet before stepping inside.


Being in Vincci for 5 months, I'd seen many kinds of customer in and out. I just can't understand why they keep asking us to give them new shoes. Yes, we have the responsibility to make sure the shoes are bottom-cleaned, but not every shoes is it? There are over thousands pair of shoes in our storeroom, even millions if we're on sale. So, I just want to say, we will make sure the shoes are in good condition, but not perfect at all. We also know that we can't sell merchandise that in bad condition, so I'm just want to ask for toleration. We will do our best to serve you, we also know that customer always right, but we are also mankind, we are sentimental, right? Not being rude to each other, that's why not many people willing to being in front line, because we are the first who being shoot by customers.

Just want to say, dear customers, if you are not satisfy with our/other shop's merchandise, just ask for another, or ask for a cleaning (if it's cleanable). Please don't be mad, we are not cheating or forcing you to buy those under bad condition items, you have choices, you deserve to choose.
